Seasoning mix for vegetables, beef, poultry

Cajun is synonymous with the classic southern cuisine of Louisiana. Gumbo and jambalaya are the classics, which work super in a Dutch oven, but a steak, fish fillet or chicken breast also get a real southern feeling with Cajun.

Dry rub the food to be grilled with the seasoning mix and moisten if need be with some oil.
Also use as a liquid marinade with fruit juice or oil mixed in.

Season to taste

Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
