Anniversary Party at Don Marco´s favourite Butcher – just the right reason to fire up the grills.
There was a small market set up before the shop and we served hundrets of pieces of fingerfood to the crowd. We served the legendary PigWings, MOINK Balls, Pork Tenderloin wrapped in Serrano Ham and seasoned with Don Marco´s Mafia Coffee and Parmesan, Brats in Tortilla wraps with grilled Pineapple, arugula and honey mustard sauce and a lot of nice beef steaks and lamb loins.
