Rib Battle !

Cooked some Veal and dry aged irish beef ribs on the pellet smoker today.

Rubbed them both with Don Marco’s Texas Style rub andsmoked em for 4.5 hours with beechwood and herb pellets.

The veal ribs were quite good but couldnt compare to the beef ribs. Out of this world delicious, tender & juicy !
