Camillo and i were invited by grillsoviety.ro for another edition of the grill champions tour.


This time we cooked an american bbq themed menu for 100 guests in the beautiful park of the palatul palace in bukarest. The menu was maple sirup glazed pigwing drumsticks, steaks on ciabatta with chipotle butter, cherry bomb ribs, pulled pork with georgia style peachy bbq beans, cedar planked camembert with bourbon soaked cranberries and grilled brownies with ice cram and walnuts. The guests cleared the buffet even at the high temperatures of more than 30 degrees celsious.
