We´ve spent the last weekend in the Vila Vita Rosenpark Hotel in Marburg for some very special bbq events.
In the luxory hotel we took care of a small bbq coaching for the chefs, an exclusive bbq class for some guests and the public bbq buffet and catering of a VIP party for 140 people.
We served American BBQ like beef brisket, pulled pork sundae, chipotle bourbon turkey breasts, Ribs, Striploin roast, planked salmon, honey cornbread and lots more and had a very good time around the grills with the guests. Thanks again to the Rosenpark Staff for the great cooperation !
